Automatic chip breaker slot grinding machine

The MICRON 650 machine is controlled by PLC, it can also be programmed and used by a non-skilled operator, the setting of the machine is made using simple and precise mechanical adjustments, and push-buttons on the control panel, with sequential operations.
For the grinding of the chip breaker tooth, used for tube cutting, which guarantees higher feed speed of the circular saw blade, longer life of the circular saw blade, and better finish of the cut surface.
The grinding is completely automatic, completed in a single pass (one revolution of the circular saw blade), with automatic shutdown at the end of automatic cycle.
The grinding wheel electrospindle, is controlled by inverter, with electronicalluy variable rotation speed, for the best performance of the grinding wheel, regardless of its diameter.
